Purpose and characteristics
捏合机可捏合各种粘度的 BMC CMC，亦可用于化工、塑料、橡胶、油墨、碳素。与物料接触部件
均用不锈钢或碳钢制成，能确保制品的纯度和质量。该机采用“Z”型双桨搅拌，能使物料迅速反应，
均匀混合。该系列产品分普通型、压力型、真空型三大类，有电和蒸汽两种加热方式和水冷却可供选
择。出料方式有液压翻缸倾倒式、手动倾倒式、球阀出料式及螺杆挤出式等。

The machine adopts "Z" type double impeller mixing, which can make
the material react quickly and mix evenly. This series of products can be
divided into three types: ordinary type, pressure type and vacuum type.
There are two heating modes of electricity and steam and water cooling.
There are hydraulic cylinder dumping, manual dumping, ball valve
discharging and screw extrusion.

Kneader can knead BMC CMC of various viscosities, and can also be
used in chemical industry, plastics, rubber, ink and carbon. Parts in
contact with materials are made of stainless steel or carbon steel, which
can ensure the purity and quality of products
